Checkout was super easy with a quick phone call to the company. No waiting on the phone they answer right away.
Heads up to other people storing in winter: keep the rope that is attached to the door handle up off the ground as it can freeze into the snow making it difficult to open the door.
Great safe tidy place to keep your stuff. I will use it again if I need it and do recommend the Richmond, Ontario location for sure.
