Checkout was super easy with a quick phone call to the company. No waiting on the phone they answer right away. Heads up to other people storing in winter: keep the rope that is attached to the door handle up off the ground as it can freeze into the snow making it difficult to open the door. Great safe tidy place to keep your stuff. I will use it again if I need it and do recommend the Richmond, Ontario location for sure.

Excellent customer service!! Facilities were clean and very well kept and secure in Richmond. I felt very comfortable leaving my belongings there for the almost half year that I needed to have some storage while I moved. Much appreciated!!

We left finding a storage locker to quite literally the last second. Not only were we able to "move in" same day, the price was better than the competitors. Gaganjot was quick to answer the phone, kind and made the process incredibly smooth. From there, she was continuously helpful with all off my questions.

5'x5'	Small (25 square feet) The size of a small closet. Good for chairs, cabinets, electronics, boxes.
5'x10'	Small (50 square feet) The size of a large walk-in closet. Good for a mattress set, couch, dining room tables, chairs, boxes.
5'x15'	Small (75 square feet) The size of a small bedroom. Good for large dining sets, desks, cabinets, mattress sets, washer/dryer.
10'x10'	Medium (100 square feet) The size of a large bedroom. Good for bedroom sets, refrigerator, large drawers, multiple boxes.
