I was moving from one minimall location in Carleton place to one closer to our new home in Richmond. The transition was extremely easy, the customer service reps were very accommodating and understanding as a lot of our move was last minute. The reps were so nice to deal with and all questions were answered quick and easy! Highly recommend!

Be careful with the storages of this company being stolen. The security system is very poorly organized. In addition, management and employees are not responsible for anything. Please be careful. Unfortunately, I am a victim of this company. Don't be next. Take care of yourself and your property!

A good experience renting a storage locker at MiniMall - Richmond. The facility is in good condition and well-maintained. Website is very convenient to manage account/payments etc. Good value.
