Just wonderful. Move in was smooth. Did the entire process online. Got a conformation email with my locker number and gate code. Awesome. Very easy and also got a wicked discount for the next 2 months. Prices are great. Not crazy expensive at all. Very reasonable. Highly recommended

Started with a 5x10 ft storage unit than switched to 10x20 ft one a few months later. Transition went smoothly and I was given a bigger storage within the same building as requested. Staff at the office are really nice and helpful, however, lucky if you can get someone to answer when you call. Good at calling back though a day or so later.
I found the gate left opened about a few times with no employees around. There were many bumps, especially at entrance, that were filled eventually. Rental fees went up twice in less than 8 months, over $13 in admin fees were also added. Fees are pro-rated when you move in but not when you move out. So you end up paying for a full month rent even if you get your things out at the beginning of the month.
Overall, office staff & storage facility nice!

Gate code didn’t work when arriving, but this is the 3rd time renting and it happens every-time. But they can fix it really quick with a phone call. I also asked to switch spots for my trailer and they were very accommodating!
