I needed a storage compartment on short notice and decided on this one because of it's proximity to my house. Inadvertently I booked a spot in Barrhaven rather than in Kanata so a quick phonecall got the reservation seamlessly changed, also on very short notice. The compartment I received is very suitable for my needs.

I had two complaints in three months, I never received a response. My spot was not sufficient because of size of my trailer, also garbage in my spot that I had to remove twice. I called and e-mailed with zero response. Had to call three times to cancel my storage contract along with e-mail. Therefore moving on.

I did complain about a couple of issues I had that fell on deaf ears. I am canceling my storage as of end of month, I notified your facility twice this week with no answer again.

Wonderful experience with Mini Mall Storage. We needed to find storage quickly. Many places never returned our emails. Mini Mall did quickly. The prices were affordable. We sold our trailer on the weekend and the sign out was also easy. If we ever needed storage, we'd be back! Thank you!
