Just got another increase!!!! Went from $132.00 -$220.00 in less than 3yrs :(
I had 2 units. Closed one and moved to another storage. It is inconvenient to now have to look for yet another unit. There is no reason for these constant increases! Spoke to them. Employees are great. Their hands are tied and there really isn't snything they can do.

Since MiniMall took over this facility we have seen nothing but price increases and programs to coerce more cash from the customer. There have been no site improvements or security enhancements that were used as justification for the price increases. There are no local personnel at the facility, and you have to drive into Ottawa (Carp) to see anybody or drop off payments since they took away the convenience of e-transfer. So, I cannot really comment on the service of the staff. But the company itself is not well run and is not really customer orientated but is in the game to enhance cash flow as outlined in their prospectus. They see the market as ripe for the picking. I would not recommend this company for your storage needs.
