Great service and amazing customer service, the specialist helped me with the process was super helpful and although she was having some technical issues she was keen to get me settled and figure it out later which she did and followed up by phone to make sure everything is working as expected.

I needed a 10 by10 unit for short term while in-between houses and called around for prices. These ladies at Mini Mall Storage were the fastest to respond and also had the best prices! I spoke with Rachel on the phone and was greeted by Danielle in person at the Barrhaven Moodie location. Danielle was amazing and upgraded me to a 15 by 10 at NO EXTRA COST to accommodate my needs for a heated unit! That extra space made my move soo much easier and warmer in -20 Celsius weather! I can't say enough about these wonderful and professional ladies at Mini Mall Storage! Thank you Rachel and Danielle so much!

Excellent customer service from Danielle. She was very friendly, informative and provided a very welcoming experience. Spaces are clean and well maintained. Great choice for storage units and just an overall experience.

We had a fantastic experience with Danielle at the Moodie(Barrhaven) location. Danielle was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient while addressing our concerns. She went above and beyond to ensure we understood the process, and her friendly demeanor made the process enjoyable. We truly appreciate her help and highly recommend Minimall for their excellent customer support!

Hello
Friendly helpful company .... But
Never accept a unit @ the end of a row.
Most of my items were filthy after emptying
unit..... months later am still cleaning up.
There is absolutely No Protection from the
outside elements & weather of a unit of such
location.
