Mini Mall Storage - Barrhaven

Do not rent from this company. They have no local employees. They exist only as a 1-800 service that will very politely take your credit card information, not tell you about hidden "administration " and "account" fees, and then do nothing more for you. The 1st day I tried to access my unit, I rented a truck and arrived there with friends to unload and their electronic gate would not unlock. Their 1-800 service kept me on the line for an hour and a quarter in December weather, couldn't unlock it either, and told me the company has no employees available in the region. They didn’t offer to give me a unit in a nearby location (there are 5) and, when I asked for this, said it couldn’t be done. They hung up saying, "Thank you for calling Mini Mall Storage," leaving me by the side of the highway. This was the second time I fell victim to their 1-800 business model. Two years ago when I rented, there was also problem with my unit; their 1-800 service had trouble finding my file and didn't even had a map of their own storage facility to direct me to another vacant unit. I deeply regret giving them a second chance. This company has no employees here. Call them and, when you hear the foreign accent, hang up. Storage is an on-site service that can not be delivered via out-of-country 1-800 phone operators working out of their kitchens. But they will happily take your money. My rental truck is still sitting full and costing me money, they still haven't called me back, and now it's raining. Consider yourself warned.

Stored the contents of our house here for the better part of a year. Staff are friendly, the site is clean and well lit, and prices were fair. Easy and direct access right off the 416 was another selling point. Would definitely do business here again!

I would highly recommend Mini Mall Storage. I had a bad experience with Dymon, and therefore had anxiety about trusting a storage company with my belongings. Once I moved my things to Mini Mall storage, I had peace of mind. The staff is communicative and professional. They were entirely transparent about costs, and I was never charged more than I expected. The site is very secure, without being too much of a hassle for me to access. If I, or anyone I know, needs to rent a storage locker, Mini Mall will be first choice.

Amazing customer service. It was a pleasure dealing with Danielle at the front desk, she was very professional and friendly. A great storage facility and location close to Highway. Fenced yard with a secure coded gate, accessible 24/7. I have rented a unit for over 2 years, my experience with these guys was just great! They increase the rent slightly every year, but it's understandable and still within the average rates in the market. I would highly recommend this location for any personal or business storage.

Staff is always there to help, very organized, and professional. The facility and grounds are very well kept and maintained consistently. Couldn’t ask for a better secured location. Highly recommended !
