We are so happy and glad we used this facility. We never knew a storage facility could be so good. The whole business is above and beyond including the staff. The staff is so good and understanding over here and at the Kanata location. I used their boardroom at the Kanata location as my interest services went down on a very important presentation day of mine and it just made my day. I would like to give Dymon 10 stars and appreciate them in their efforts, they are setting the right example of how to run a successful business.

Clean storage units with varying sized units. Very helpful and kind staffs. Process was very straightforward, questions were answered clearly and helped me to choose the right storage I needed. Thanks to Shilpa, Shiva, Nick who helped in the process. The movers Jacques and Justin who helped were absolutely amazing. Perfect in packing and thoughtful , they know what they do. Very friendly and smooth service. Overall had a good experience.

Clean. Good staff. Lots of units. Easy access. Variety of options for business and personal. We are just using a smaller unit for a few things. Nick received us at Walkley location very hospitably despite mentioning it had unfortunately been a rough day and it was now close to 9 pm closing. Nonetheless he was hospitable, polite, attentive and a good example of customer service. His teammate Freddy was also kind and helpful. The phone reservation was made by Philip who was very helpful and friendly too. He searched for my specific need in the locations across city while offering other options in case I needed something else. This is why Dymon is successful. Good people, good service. Got what I wanted and, for now, what I need. The location is very clean considering it is the largest location in Ottawa. Lots of parking and easy to access. Watch out for all the red light cameras in the area though.
