The reason for this 5 star review is Kayla Allen. She goes above and beyond to provide excellent service that is also warm and friendly. We had a few complications that Kayla was able to solve effectively and efficiently. She and her co-worker Mustafa kept things professional, welcoming, and running smoothly on our move-in day. My mother’s belongings were stored here after she passed away. After organizing and going through many personal items, furniture, and boxes on several trips I came into contact with the store associate Kayla. She was so kind and compassionate, literally one of the brightest, most helpful people I have ever come in contact with in the customer service industry. She not only got me a smaller unit at a better rate but she personally went out of her way to help me with huge items I couldn’t possibly move myself such as a large bed frame and mattress. The facility itself is super clean and organized but it was the amazing compassionate service provided by Kayla that really made the difference here. Highly recommend 10/10!

I came in today to find a storage until and I was assisted be Deandra. She was amazing. She was so kind and welcoming
Took her time with explaining everything. This is the 3rd time I have rented from Dymon storage and their level of customer service is always top notch.
