Used Dymon for over half a year between moving houses. The building was always very bright and clean, never busy, and our unit and floor was always tidy.
Employees were always kind, moving in, getting the keys, and ending my lease at the end was very smooth. Will use again if I need a storage locker again.

My mother’s belongings were stored here after she passed away. After organizing and going through many personal items, furniture, and boxes on several trips I came into contact with the store associate Kayla. She was so kind and compassionate, literally one of the brightest, most helpful people I have ever come in contact with in the customer service industry. She not only got me a smaller unit at a better rate but she personally went out of her way to help me with huge items I couldn’t possibly move myself such as a large bed frame and mattress. The facility itself is super clean and organized but it was the amazing compassionate service provided by Kayla that really made the difference here. Highly recommend 10/10!

Dymon storage staff go out of their way to give you great service. They have more than storage services including packaging needs kitchen equipment; day and night access to your storage unit. It is well worth the cost, clean dry spaces are reassuring, when you value your belongings.

I would like to take the time to personally give a 5 star review for a specific member of your team named Rachelle at the train yards location. When stepping out of my truck, I slipped and fell flat on my face (do not worry this was of no fault to the company or due to wet floors) not even a minute later, I hear an employee running in my direction to immediately check on me. She was extremely worried for my health and safety and was also for compassionate with ensuring I was okay before she went back to work. I have had past experiences where I have gotten hurt in professional establishments and would be ridiculed by staff. If you guys do employee recognition, she deserves one! Thank you Rachelle for your 5 star hospitality. 🌟
