Excellent customer service and attention to detail from Sushma and Harshil! Very helpful, caring, funny and efficient employees. There were a few issues with billing and accounts, but Sushma was very attentive and helped to get everything straightened out and corrected. The storage units are a bit pricy when compared to other companies, but the quality and peace of mind are worth it. The stores always looked and smelled absolutely spotless. And I never had any issues accessing my unit and the staff when needed.

Many thanks to Jacques, Bonnie and Jeff who completed our move out of the Dymon facility and into our new apartment yesterday. The move went really smoothly and they were friendly and professional. We were coming in from out of town and so the team packed up our unit and met us at our new apartment. The move was quick and efficient, with care given to our apartment and our belongings. This, along with an excellent move into storage initially, mean we will definitely be using Dymon again. Thank you!

New location! Everything is clean as they are still working to complete the complex. Some of the tech on the storage units are unreliable, specially the locking system. Great idea but cheap technology. There are way better locking systems/mechanism around but obviously the cheap option was chosen. Client service is usually good but some staff seem less up to par with every one else.

Great storage facility. Always very clean. Lots of carts to use. Indoor loading and unloading.
