Many thanks to Jacques, Bonnie and Jeff who completed our move out of the Dymon facility and into our new apartment yesterday. The move went really smoothly and they were friendly and professional. We were coming in from out of town and so the team packed up our unit and met us at our new apartment. The move was quick and efficient, with care given to our apartment and our belongings. This, along with an excellent move into storage initially, mean we will definitely be using Dymon again. Thank you!

Jacques, Andrew and Bonnie were the professionals from Dymon who moved me. They are diamonds: professional, hard-working and friendly. It didn't take long to see that they care about how they do their work. Everything was moved without incident. They even found a couple of small items I had lost track of and made sure I was aware of them. I cannot say enough about how they made the move as smooth as could be. They also moved some of my overflow into a storage unit. It was put in place carefully and safely, as I witnessed it when I went to the storage unit to get something. The storage side of the company knows its business. Staff in their store are professional, friendly and eager to help. The facility is bright, clean and organized. Service to help the customer is top of mind. Security is reassuring. After talking to several different employees over a few days I received friendly professional service every time. I would gladly give more stars but 5 is the upper limit!!

New location! Everything is clean as they are still working to complete the complex. Some of the tech on the storage units are unreliable, specially the locking system. Great idea but cheap technology. There are way better locking systems/mechanism around but obviously the cheap option was chosen. Client service is usually good but some staff seem less up to par with every one else.
