Excellent customer service and attention to detail from Sushma and Harshil! Very helpful, caring, funny and efficient employees. There were a few issues with billing and accounts, but Sushma was very attentive and helped to get everything straightened out and corrected. The storage units are a bit pricy when compared to other companies, but the quality and peace of mind are worth it. The stores always looked and smelled absolutely spotless. And I never had any issues accessing my unit and the staff when needed.

We bought used stuff from a lady with a storage unit. Huge! There are road signs on the corners and walls, street names. Elevator. The store out front was amazing! Especially for a storage freak like myself. Super friendly staff.

We weren’t even sure we needed a storage unit. We initially called Tanis just to ask about rates, following a suggestion from our stager to declutter before listing our home. From that very first call, Tanis was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She made the entire process feel straightforward and stress free. Thanks to her, we felt confident moving ahead with securing a unit, and we’ll definitely be reaching out to her again soon for moving supplies. Tanis sets the bar for what great customer service looks like. Dymon is lucky to have her.
