This was my first time at DYMON and I had read the comments before coming into the store and saw majority mention Prem and I CAN CONFIRM, the customer service was impeccable and as a first time box buyer, the whole process was smooth and took less than 10 mins. 10/10 recommend !!! Thank you sm Prem

Edit: changed rating from 2 to 4 after the below update. The region manager quick action was appreciated.
Update: the region manager Wassim contacted me the very next day, a Sunday, and provided actions to resolve my issues and assured me he will investigate. He ensured a different staff member than the one who transferred my unit and messed up the double charge and didnt reprogram my access code.
If you are at this location, look for Prim or Nahid to assist you. If Sunny approaches you do not consent or agree to anything. I attached photos of the business cards. If you want to be sure you are not dealing with Sunny; Sunny looks like Jürgen Klopp if he was from south asia.

I used this location in 2021 and my experience was amazing. Therefore in March of this year, I rented a unit again.
At first the staff I interacted with were very helpful, and offered me savings and benefits that suited my needs. However, it seems I am stuck in between a KPI struggle among the staff. One of the staff had two units under my account: they have offered me a cheaper unit, so I agreed to move and have moved my stuff to the cheaper unit but they kept both in my account. I found out because of a courtesy call from a staff 5 days later that I will be charged two units. This staff person assured me they will fix the issue and that my account will have the unit I downsized to with the same access code.
Yesterday, I tried to access my unit after hours and it appears they deleted my access code. Thus, not being able to access my unit when I need to finalize my packing for cross country movers arriving on Monday. I plan to go in the morning and resolve this issue, but it is 2am and I cannot sleep because I am worried of access code issues when my cross country movers arrive on the stat holiday Monday and who are charging me 500 dollars just to come from Toronto; if I have to reschedule that is another 500 dollars.
Summary: this branch has internal KPI wars and mismanagement. I wonder if the other branches have went downhill as well. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY TRANSFERRING OF UNITS from Sunny

Wow what an experience.
Its a first time experience with dymon, had a previous experience with another company. I Went today to browse my options and was not willing to finalise, however, Premsingh was really helpful, he went above and beyond my questions and explained all the service they have. End up by signing up today for my storage and getting a mail box on the top of it. He tried to accommodate my needs and did not take no for an answer. I highly recommend dymon coventry and Premsingh as go to help.

A special thank you to Prem Padya at the Coventry location. Throughout my duration, Prem was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. It was on my way out of the storage facilities that Prem was especially helpful. I was offered access to a mailbox and vault both of which are a tremendous asset during a move. I would recommend this location, staff, and management.
