THE BEST MOVING AND STORAGE COMPANY!! I have moved frequently and used various companies over the years, and their services have ranged from mediocre to atrocious, but DYMON is the first company I have used that has provided truly wonderful service. Their moving service is exceptional: from my interactions with the moving team, the quick completion of the move, the quality and care the team took with my belongings, and the ease of the entire process. I want to underscore, in particular, the professionalism and quality of work that Nick and his team provided. They were flexible, thorough, communicative, helpful, and the storage unit itself is easy to access, clean, and well-monitored. DYMON is by far the best moving and storage company, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. I will go out of my way to work with them again.

Had the most positive experience with Antonio today, superb service all the way around, delivering my items with care, and personally ensuring that life was made easier on one of the hardest days of the year - move out day! Will absolutely recommend Dymon to everyone for their storage needs! Facility was exceptionally clean and organized! Cute!

The employees there were fantastic! They helped us get in and out quickly; my only suggestion would be to fix the codes you need to get inside. Had it not been during the day, it would've been a problem lol.

Harmann and Team Leader Mike were awesome to work with. Very efficient and friendly. Al in the office is a great guy, super helpful and friendly. The facility is top notice, clean, organized well laid out and very professional. Highly recommend using Dymon for any storage you may need. They are great to work with. Nahid was excellent to work with in the planning process. Very available and has great knowledge. She will work with you to get everything setup even before you move in. Ryan called to confirm the moving truck and was super friendly and very nice guy. You can just tell that the whole Team is on point and professional. Well worth it for sure! And they are Canadian owned and operated and do a lot for the Ottawa community. Again, highly recommend using Dymon and no one else!

Hello sir.
I am a customer of your company in Ottawa across from Canadian Tire,
Since a few days there are many more people in the storages and the fluidity of the traffic in the hall is not easy for the cars.
This morning the curtain on the left was unusable with a cone in front of it, the other curtain was usable but just in front of it, any manoeuvre.
This isn't the first time I've seen this happen. Couldn't you put a sign on the ground indicating that parking is prohibited for two or three meters, so that motorists and your customers can find a better parking solution?
It also seems that the staff present on Saturday morning could see nothing of the blockade from their windows or on their computer screens.
I think we can do something here too to increase vigilance and responsiveness.
