The process was smooth and easy, and very efficient customer service. You have the right business model.

My unit is more of a Holiday Inn than a Hilton, but I don’t think my stuff cares. It’s a large facility, clean and very secure. It’s also 73% less (non-discounted) than what I was paying for the same size unit, but took a drive up rather than one inside the facility. Which would have still been half the cost. I also took advantage of the Promotion for new customers. So far, so good. It was worth the move. 👏🏼
BTW - I gave four stars because I rarely give five. Nobody’s perfect. 😉

I had an excellent experience at the storage facility thanks to the outstanding service provided by Jonathan and John. Both of them were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make my move-in smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and courteous staff. I truly appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend this location because of them. Great job, Jonathan and John!

Fantastic! Kudos! Excellent experience! My dad was moving here and needed to store his belongings short term while waiting for his new residence. I used Google Maps to find something close to Greely, which I would call rural south Ottawa. There weren’t a lot of options & most required a minimum time commitment. I found Apple Self Storage about five minutes from home. There were plenty of different units to choose from, they were reasonably priced, and the online process was fast and easy, with no hidden commitments or costs. When I arrived at the facility, everyone in the office knew who I was and called me by name. They were all so happy and kind! They thoroughly explained the entry, storage, and exit process. The facility is massive! It seems very secure. The unit was clean, convenient, and easy to find. I was able to back my vehicle up to the unit and unload everything quickly. When I was finished with the unit I easily cancelled the rental. I would definitely store there again and highly recommend Apple Self Storage. Honestly, well done. It’s so refreshing to find a business that doesn’t price gouge, and could teach a customer service master class. Thank you!

Phenomenal service from start to finish! From the moment I spoke to them on the phone I received the exact same amazing customer service. Jonathan exceeds expectations going above and beyond from the second you park! Jon was as friendly and helpful! Will definitely recommend and be back for future services!
