The storage facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and highly secure. Brianna took the time to clearly explain all the security features, policies, pricing, and rules during my initial visit, which makes the entire experience smooth and stress-free as a first-time user. The ease of access to the unit, along with the outstanding customer service provided by the staff, makes this facility an excellent choice. I highly recommend it.

This was my first experience dealing with a storage facility, and Brianna at Access Storage made it absolutely seamless. She navigated me through the entire process with incredible patience and care. The roadways are always clean and well organized, and all the units are drive-up which is incredibly convenient. I had a unit here for about 3 years with no issues. Just closed my account and moved out, and Brianna was very helpful sorting it out!
