I left my stuff in storage for over 2 years. It was initially put in there for a reno and just stayed. Over time I became concerened that some of the stuff would be damaged because the storage is not climate controlled. But I was pleasantly surprised when we opened the door and there was no odor and no damage so it was better than I expected. Nothing was damaged by being left in storage. The movers said there saw minor mouse traffic but no nesting and neither did I. As well, Access Storage has a moving side to the business and after my foot dragging because of the horror stories about movers, I gave Access Storage a call and they put me onto Move Buddy. Within a week all of the contents of a 10x20 storage locker were safely back in my house for a very reasonable price. I wish I had thought of asking that about movers earlier. The only reason didnt give 5 stars is that the price rose substantially over the time the locker was rented and the only way to doing anything that was to bargain or use coupons. I didnt want to do either. Overall, it was a good experience. I would recommend Access Storage

Competitive prices and excellent promotional prices. Clean and secure locations with easy access. I've had multiple units at different locations over the years and the staff at Gladwin crescent Ottawa have been the most helpful and personable during tough financial times. Thanks!

This is my 2nd great experience with Access Storage! Staff was friendly, helpful, gave us all the information we needed. This is an amazing company where you can literally access free storage for four weeks. I would recommend this company to everyone. Very easy to deal with, great coverage for your items, easy access to your unit. What else can I say other than there is only one storage company I will use and that is Access Storage. You will have a great experience too - if you follow their directions/instructions!

For me the location was perfect, clean safe.
The front office staff were always happy and helpful, I had a grate experience here.
I would recommend and will be renting again in the future.
I was surprised this location is nearly 100% rented.

The storage facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and highly secure. Brianna took the time to clearly explain all the security features, policies, pricing, and rules during my initial visit, which makes the entire experience smooth and stress-free as a first-time user. The ease of access to the unit, along with the outstanding customer service provided by the staff, makes this facility an excellent choice. I highly recommend it.
