Kate helped me get checked into the unit I rented virtually and was super helpful. From the moment she called I could tell there was a smile on her face. She answered all of my questions with joy and compassion and talked me through all of the steps. Very pleased with my experience so far!

I left my stuff in storage for over 2 years. It was initially put in there for a reno and just stayed. Over time I became concerened that some of the stuff would be damaged because the storage is not climate controlled. But I was pleasantly surprised when we opened the door and there was no odor and no damage so it was better than I expected. Nothing was damaged by being left in storage. The movers said there saw minor mouse traffic but no nesting and neither did I. As well, Access Storage has a moving side to the business and after my foot dragging because of the horror stories about movers, I gave Access Storage a call and they put me onto Move Buddy. Within a week all of the contents of a 10x20 storage locker were safely back in my house for a very reasonable price. I wish I had thought of asking that about movers earlier. The only reason didnt give 5 stars is that the price rose substantially over the time the locker was rented and the only way to doing anything that was to bargain or use coupons. I didnt want to do either. Overall, it was a good experience. I would recommend Access Storage

Competitive prices and excellent promotional prices. Clean and secure locations with easy access. I've had multiple units at different locations over the years and the staff at Gladwin crescent Ottawa have been the most helpful and personable during tough financial times. Thanks!

Young lady in the office was awesome, she explained everything, rules and such, made everything simply to understand, very polite, easy to work with...update jan 2026, staff is still amazing, I needed to get a larger unit and they made the process so easy and simple... I am glad I chose them... update Jan 2026, now that I have the larger unit I was able to combine the smaller unit into the larger one and the process of returning the smaller unit was easy, I made sure it was empty and clean and the ladies at the office provided me a detailed reciept for the use of the smaller unit. The storage grounds are very clean, staff is very well organized and knowledgeable, very helpful and always a pleasure to talk to and do business with... if you need a storage unit short term or longterm, check out Access Storage on Gladwin Cr. I am very pleased I did.

This is my 2nd great experience with Access Storage! Staff was friendly, helpful, gave us all the information we needed. This is an amazing company where you can literally access free storage for four weeks. I would recommend this company to everyone. Very easy to deal with, great coverage for your items, easy access to your unit. What else can I say other than there is only one storage company I will use and that is Access Storage. You will have a great experience too - if you follow their directions/instructions!
