Access Storage - Nepean

This company is top-notch. I found myself in a time sensitive, urgent matter of needing a fairly inexpensive and safe and clean place to store my sentimental items and belongings. Not only did Access storage meet ALL my needs, they charged me $28.32 tax included for a whole month, I dealt with a manager at Bongard location and she was an absolute godsend. I had an indoor storage locker it was clean, warm and I had more than enough room. PS I was treated with the upmost respect and I'm beyond satisfied. Oh, yeah, I almost forgot, their complementary coffee was free and super delightful, thanks Maria, your the best, Kimm Walsh.

After I raised some concerns over recent changes to my plan, this group reached out and quickly made arrangements to resolve the issue and maintained our original agreement. Much appreciated.

Excellent service. Actual locker not easy to open. We moved over to a heated locker for winter. Terrific communication and security.

Peter and the staff at Access Storage in Nepean have been wonderful. The front gate digital lock always works. The storage units are clean and easy to drive up beside for getting to belongings. And Peter is incredibly helpful with accounts and moving solutions. Thank you!
