This location is spacious, bright, clean and generally well taken care of. You can easily get in by the door and then open the larger door for packing stuff in or taking stuff out. The upstairs is well laid out and easy to navigate. The units are clean. My only concern or issue was that your units do not have their own ceiling. I was able to easily get to the top of the unit which I could have very easily crawled over to the next one had I really wanted to. I of course didn't do that and may have been too fat too. But the option of there if someone really wants to get into your unit they probably could. They are easy to talk to, they were quick to respond when the elevator was broken and the options for payment are quick and easy.

I’ve been using this storage facility for about seven months. The location itself is well-maintained and clean, I’ve noticed that the open ceiling leads to some sediment accumulation on my stored items, which is a minor inconvenience.
One issue I found disappointing was the price increase after six months. The rate I initially received was discounted, and I expected it to remain the same for the duration of the year I signed up for. However, the price increased more than anticipated even before the year was up. I can understand a rate adjustment after the annual period, but this change felt premature.
I’ve also experienced consistent communication issues. I have tried calling... calls have gone unanswered. I was initially in touch with someone at the Parisien location since it manages the Kenaston location, but soon after they stopped responding. It’s now been over three months without any follow-up.
I also sent an email through the online portal three weeks ago, but have yet to receive a response.
While I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, the lack of responsiveness and unexpected price hikes have left me frustrated.

Johnny and Asad are great. Johnny directed us to the right size of storage space and did an amazing job accommodating us with dates that kept changing (from our part). The location is great, the building is super clean and we love our wide door storage.

I definitely recommend - I‘ve had really great experience with Johnny, and earlier with Maria. The storage units at the Kenaston Rd location are so convenient: easy loading and unloading, lots of dollys handy, easy to access, very clean, well maintained. Great promotions.

I decided to move my belongings from Dymon to Access due to the significant price difference for the same size unit. While Access may not have the same upscale amenities as Dymon, it absolutely got the job done. Be sure to ask about any current promotions they may have, as they are usually very accommodating when it comes to discounts. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Ending my contract was straightforward and hassle-free, with minimal paperwork involved. Overall, I highly recommend this Access location and would definitely choose them again if I need storage in the future.
