I had a great experience renting a storage unit here! The process was quick and easy, and Dominic was friendly and helpful every step of the way. The unit was clean and exactly the size I needed. I also appreciated the convenient access hours and the secure, well-maintained facility. Highly recommend for anyone needing extra space!

Both the first point of contact I spoke to at the call centre and then the store manager (Dominique) were a pleasure to deal with! However, I feel as though I was the victim of a bait and switch scheme. That said, if you are considering signing on the dotted line, make sure you understand the monthly cost beyond the first ’promo’ month. Additionally, this storage facility is a reimagined space. While it is dry, warm, well lit and very clean, its loading area is NOT at all user friendly. Make sure you tour the facility before signing on. Finally, they force you to use their propriety lock which will cost you an additional $20 (one time cost), but they really should tell you that up front.

Great service and prices. Clean and secure. Dominic was very helpful and knowledgeable.
