Experience as expected. Dominic at Kanata was very helpful and friendly. Choice of ramp or loading dock are great as the ramp works well with a trailer and dock for the pick-up. Facility is very clean with good signage to find your locker.

The staff at Access Storage in Kanata were extremely helpful and informative. The Manager was always accessible for my questions. The instructions for the entrance and access to the storage locker were clear and there is also a video. A staff member was there and the moving in was easy breezy. There are also trolleys available to move stuff in and everything was extremely clean. So happy that everything fit in my unit. I am happy to recommend Access Storage.

They’ve been very helpful through the process and even when I had to change unit, they were kind enough to help me find the best unit for my needs
