Access Storage - Kanata North

They provide a really good storage service and they maintain the facility in really good condition. Storage spaces are clean and well maintained. Access to those are secured well with code protected door which ensures the safety of the client's belongings. They have multiple options in sizes to choose from which is really convenient for the clients so that you don't want to overpay for a unit size that you don't want. Customer service attend to requests promptly and resolves them very quickly and they are being very polite and helpful in choosing the right unit size as well. Overall I'm really happy with this storage location and their service. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for storage options in the area.

Luana is so helpful and very accommodating. The place is neat and I don’t have to wait for a storage space compared to Dymon plus I got 4 weeks free for my 3 spots of 10x20 storage spaces. Amazing the place is so close to my residence where I am moving out.

The facility was nice and new . Climate controlled and very clean. The site manager was excellent, very responsive and professional. While somewhat expensive, I would not hesitate to use this facility again for temporary storage while moving.

Excellent facility with very easy to approch set up. No waiting on the call, and I am able to talk to a human over the phone in less than a minute waiting time! Super friendly office perssenel to talk to either over the phone or face to face on site. Have my space rented immediately.
