I had an incredible experience with Access Storage in Parisien Street! From the very beginning of the process, where Johnny gave a thorough orientation and advice on how the process worked… To the seamless process of checking out of the storage unit. The temperature-controlled facilities are spotless and incredibly efficient. My personal effects were in an exceptional condition after both winter and summer seasons. Getting myself in through an automated keypad was also super easy. The billing and admin was also very efficient and easy to keep up with. I strongly recommend Access Storage to anyone looking for a great storage option. Thanks Johnny and team!!!

Hassle-free experience! Made arrangements by telephone, and contracts and paperwork were promptly sent for e-signature. Any questions I had were answered quickly and professionally. Price was right, location (Parisien) was perfect. Highly recommend! Getting through by telephone was a bit of a crap shoot, though. They frequently have telephone issues, so that was a bit frustrating; but when I was able to get through to someone, service was A+.

Its a positive experience so far! The manager named Asad helped me tremendously solving most of my issues and was very patient. I will recommend friends and family for there service
