Johnny and his team have been phenomenal, helping to make check in and move in a breeze. They even managed to move my unit and help me find something that better fit what I needed.

Access storage will definitely follow up with you if you’ve made an inquiry about storage. It may feel like aggressive marketing, but my experience was that it was great customer service. Maria was super helpful and took time to meet me onsite to choose the right unit for my needs. The price quoted was the price paid and it was more than 25% cheaper than Dymon. The storage facility is clean, well lit, secure and in spite of the entrance being behind a building deep in the heart of a commercial area of town, the facility inside is as professional as any competitor.

It was my first time visiting a storage unit and I have to say that I'm impressed with the quality of the service offered in this unit. Everything is well organized, well explained, clean, and easy to deal with. I met Luana, who explained everything I needed to know and was super friendly and polite. She was really willing to help and answered all my questions. It was such a good experience that I decided to write this review!

Really nice experience whit the 2 people at the desk . I was an old costumer of accès storage for more than 10 years. I can't have a complaint about it the service they provide it's really good . The building it self and the metnance it's really good , the snow removed on time . Unfortunately I move to a big place and I don't need the storage anymore. Thank you so much for all those years

Great knowledgeable staff willing to try and accommodate your needs. Excellent location close to the 417. I run a service business out of this location and they are always very respectful to my staff. They even let them use their bathroom from time to time.
